Hamilton Engineering is a preferred supplier to bottom line driven, long term growth and profitability oriented property management companies and owners. We do not sell through traditional plumbing wholesale markets, opting to be a specialist in just a few industries. While we rarely are the lowest first cost in a
competitive bid we are always the lowest long term cost. Some of the value added services we provide along with our quality, high efficiency products are:
Engineering Services:
Hamilton Engineering provides standard research (loads, occupancy trends etc...) and system design engineering services to include custom piping design at
no additional charge. We will for a refundable fee look over sites that are being considered for a purchase or where you are looking for a long range mechanical upgrade plan.
Computerized Load Calculation:
All system load calculations are completed using an in house program that contains the specific manufactures hot water requirements for their equipment. We will not use "rule of thumb" guidelines that may result in over or under engineering a system.
Back -Up System Design:
Hamilton Engineering always tries to design systems that are fully segregated as to low temperature and high temperature requirements. This allows for the elimination of high maintenance tempering valves and provides additional security against potential scalding of guests or patients. Also, by-pass lines can be installed between the systems which will allow for temporary operation of the entire facility from one unit during service. This reduces the possibility of a facility being completely without hot water when space constraints don't allow redundant individual systems. Single unit system design is available when capital investment must be held to a minimum.
High Efficiency Equipment:
Hamilton Engineering strives to offer the
highest efficiency equipment possible when compiling quotes. We do this in order to help the customer reduce operating costs which ultimately transfers to operating profits. We will also offer alternate pricing for lower efficiency equipment if that is what best fits the customers needs.
Advanced Technology:
Hamilton Engineering is continuously working on new products. We believe that the need for
cutting edge technology in this area is never ending. Lower emissions and higher efficiencies are a focal point toward which all of our products are designed.
Accessory parts and
components:
Hamilton Engineering specifies and supplies only the
best quality components. Example: only all bronze pumps as opposed to bronze fitted pumps with our water heating systems. These pumps are specifically designed for fresh water applications. We will also specify appropriately sized pumps for hard water and or high temperature applications.
Turn Key Installations:
Hamilton Engineering will provide turn key installation services and project management by our local factory trained contractors when requested. With this, we will strive to optimize the components that are presently on site in order to
reduce capital expense.
24 Hour Support:
Hamilton Engineering provides
24 hours a day 7 day per week on call service support for our entire customer base. This service includes emergency parts shipment by whatever means necessary, to insure minimum down time of a facility. This will include shipping parts counter to counter by airplane for rapid turn-around time if necessary.
On Site Troubleshooting:
Hamilton Engineering will, at our expense, travel to facilities in order to resolve on going or complicated operating problems. We believe very strongly in total after sale support.
